    "written in referendum on behalf of Ms. Sara Carroll Volunteer Carroll is an adequate professional soldier standing above her corporate counter parts, and their bureaucratic ilk.
    
    Her sense of calmness and level headed demeanor is pleasantly affective and her determination is admirable at the least. The training she has recieved over the course of her time in katali makes her overly qualified to fill the positions of various CSF field ranks.
    
    However, that being said, Ms. Carrolls best attributes come in the form of a rare sense of acceptance and maternal instinct towards those she serves with despite the diversity of their backgrounds and cultures. Making her a rare benfit as a field officer.
    
    This, and the fact that I do not regularly go out of my way to contribute myself as a reference often and not for any minial reason, should speak for her status and attributes as a soldier.
